8:00 AM - Doors open for Registration

8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - Open Flying after registering

9:00 AM - Pilot's Meeting - National Anthem

9:15 AM to 1:00 PM - Open Flying

10:45 AM - Lunch Orders (and $) due at Registration Desk

12:00 Noon - sign up for Air Show before noon at Wind Sock

1:00 PM - Air Show (no open flying during Air Show)

2:00 PM - Raffle Drawing

2:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Open Flying

3:00 PM - Pilot Photo

6:00 PM - optional special events based on pilot interest - possibilities include:

Blue Ray Pylon Racing

Open Pylon Racing

Streamer Combat

Open Flying

Thunder Dome (open flying in the full dome)

7:50 PM - End of Flying

8:00 PM - Exit Building

Helicopters fly for 20 minutes each hour in the 3D flying area. Helicopter pilots flying in the 3D area must use a "Flight Station". Helicopters may fly at any time in the "Hover" areas, but must remain below 8' in altitude.

The Contest Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule as necessary.

All pilots must have a current AMA membership card. AMA Park Pilot and Junior members may fly at this event.

If you are not a current AMA member, you can join or rejoin on the day of the event at the registration desk.
