Here's the 2012 floor plan for the pits area.  The pilot's tables are shown in green.  The flight line has been move out to make room for 42 more tables in the pit area.  Six speakers on stands (shown in magenta) will be along the flight line so that everyone can hear the announcements.  Vendor and display tables are shown in blue.  The North wall will be a walkway only; no pilot tables allowed in the walkway.  "FPG-9" is the AMA Foam Plate Glider youth aviation education program.

Folding chairs are available in the UNI Dome.  Unfortunately, there are only a limited number of tables and they are all used for registration, impound, repair table, vendors, etc.  You can bring your own table.  The light weight fiberglass tables work very well and are inexpensive.  You can also bring an aircraft storage rack.  A couple of examples are shown here including one by a creative pilot that's just a folding clothes rack.  120V AC power is available along the back wall of the pit area.

Because it's sometimes windy outside the UNI Dome, we recommend that you pack your aircraft in some type of protective container, similar to the ones shown here, to transport them in and out of the building.  (Foam is good for more things than just building airplanes!)
